here at ayesha's attire, we hope you are satisfied with your item(s). If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please feel free to return your item(s) to us for an exchange or full refund.
If you change your mind please be sure to email us at email@example.com to inform us within 3 days
of receiving your parcel and send it back within 14 days of receiving it. Please include a brief description of the reason/fault and your order number, If you are returning your item(s) because it is faulty then please include photographic evidence. this will help us deal with your problem quickly and efficiently
Once we have received notification of your wish to return your product(s), we recommend using a
shipping option offering tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Customers must keep track of their own parcel to ensure it reaches us. Ayesha's Attire will not
refund any items returned to us which get lost in the post without a tracking number.
Goods are returned to Ayesha’s Attire at your own expense, We will send your exchange item to you by Tracked Delivery at no extra charge. please use the same outer packaging to send your item(s) back to us.
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 14 days for processing. You will receive an email
notification when your refund or exchange has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Full refund of the cost of the items is entirely conditional based on goods being returned in the original
packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be authorised only after a thorough inspection of
the items by our Returns department.
Returned items must be unworn and sent back in a fully resalable condition inside their original
packaging, and any tags must not have been removed.
Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any makeup,
fragrances or deodorant that may leave a scent or a mark.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or
are damaged, including by having been worn in an environment where strong aromas might be present.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the distance selling regulations, further details of
which are available from your local trading standards department or citizens advice bureau.
When returning a product please ensure you keep your proof of posting until we acknowledge receipt of
if you have purchased from the sale section and you are not happy with it for whatever reason then you will be eligible for an exchange or a credit note.
We do thoroughly inspect products for defects before they are dispatched, however occasionally they can
be missed or damaged during transit. Upon delivery please inspect the product(s) and notify us promptly
of any dissatisfaction with your order. If you receive an item from us which is incorrect or faulty, please
be sure to email with photographs where possible us to inform us within 3 days of receiving your item(s)
and send back the product within 14 days of the date of receiving your order. In the event of you returning incorrect/faulty product(s) to us, we will also refund to you the cost of the return postage.
Where promotions, such as Sale, have been used, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In
the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid.
If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related
